Simtryx ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your information when you use our VR software and services. By using our software and services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

Personal Information

In order to access our service, you need to request registration by communicating with our team. An email will be used to identify your account, and this is the only personal data we store on our servers. We do not collect any other personal information such as your name, physical address, or phone number.

We also access platform-level data provided by Meta Horizon, such as your User ID and Profile information, which is required to enable multiplayer spatial features. This data is only accessed during runtime and is not stored.

To provide full functionality, we access live data from your microphone solely to identify voice commands necessary for software interaction.

• This is done only while the software is in use and voice interaction mechanisms are active.
• All the data is used only in realtime to identify user voice commands, no data is saved locally or in a server.
• The commands identified after processing are text-only and are used solely to interact with the software to allow you to access its functionalities. All the data is processed anonymously, and the commands are never associated with a Meta Horizon user.

Meta Horizon Platform Data Access

Our application requests access to certain Meta Horizon platform user data, specifically:

• User ID, a unique identifier provided by Meta.
• User Profile, including your Meta Horizon display name and profile photo.

This data is accessed automatically as part of platform-level features that are required to enable Spatial Anchors sharing, which allows local multiplayer users to see the same environment aligned in physical space.

Although this data is technically accessed and temporarily processed by the application at runtime to allow this feature to function, we:

• Do not store this data locally or on any server
• Do not associate this data with your Simtryx account or any personal information
